On May 22, 202 using the State guidance, the Ventura County Health Department along with the City of Thousand Oaks thoroughly inspected our facility to ensure our office was ready to reopen and following all the Ventura County guidelines. The City of Thousand Oaks Compliance Officer was impressed with our prevention plan and presented to Dr. Daniel Elbert and the whole team at Thousand Oaks Smile Design with permission to Open Safely!
